THE PROJECT

Purpose and scope

Infinitely Big’s project management platform connects project planning, client files and file sending with the teams carrying out the work. We brought the workflows and their supporting data into one software system. The project relationship began in 2008 and continues through database support, technical support and new development requests.

Requirements and analysis

We analyse the business requirements and user needs that shape the platform. This work connects product decisions with the processes the software must support, and continues when the business brings a new request or a change to an existing workflow.

Software architecture

We designed the complete platform architecture, translating those requirements into application structure, interfaces and data design. Frontend behaviour, backend responsibilities and the database are considered together so the implementation follows the intended business process.

Implementation

Our work covers the complete frontend and backend implementation of the project management tool. We connected planning, team coordination and the sending and management of client files with the application logic and data beneath them, and implement changes as requirements develop.

Ongoing technical support

We continue to provide database and technical support for Infinitely Big. New requests return to the same analysis, architecture and implementation process, keeping day-to-day support and further development connected to an understanding of the complete system.
